Booking and Payment

  1. Eligibility: To make a booking with Ceylon Experience Holidays (PVT) LTD, you must be at least 18 years old. By making a reservation, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

  2. Booking Process: When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

  3. Payments: All payments for our services must be made through our secure payment gateway. The Ceylon Experience accepts various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Ceylon Experience reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Liability and Responsibility

  1. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and baggage loss or damage.

  2. Travel Itineraries: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, travel itineraries, schedules, and activities may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any significant changes.

  3. Health and Safety: The Ceylon Experience prioritizes your safety during your travels. It is your responsibility to follow safety guidelines, instructions, and recommendations provided by our team and service providers.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least one month (30 days) before the scheduled start of your tour or travel package.

  2. Partial Refund: If you cancel your booking between one month (30 days) and two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled start of your tour, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

  3. No Refund: Cancellations made less than two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled start date of your tour will not be eligible for a refund.

Processing Refunds Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Changes to Reservations You may request changes to your reservation, such as travel dates or itinerary adjustments, at least two weeks (14 days) before your scheduled tour. We will do our best to accommodate your requests based on availability.
