Are flights included in the tour price?
No — international flights are not included. Our tours cover everything from your arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport through to your departure. We can suggest airlines and routes if helpful, but the booking is yours to make directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (wire transfer) for international clients, as well as local payment methods for Sri Lanka-based bookings. Payment details and a clear schedule are provided when you confirm your tour. Please contact us if you have specific payment requirements and we’ll work something out.
Can I customise my tour itinerary?
Yes — and this is how we prefer to work. Our published tours are starting points, not fixed packages. Tell us your interests, pace preference, and any constraints, and we’ll design something specifically for you. There’s no extra charge for customisation.
What type of accommodation can I expect?
We offer a range from comfortable 3-star properties to boutique eco-lodges and 5-star resorts. The specific accommodation is listed in your itinerary before you confirm. We prioritise locally-owned properties with strong service and cleanliness records wherever possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Within 30 days, a partial refund applies depending on what has been pre-booked on your behalf. We will always be transparent — full details are provided in your booking confirmation.
How do you ensure the safety of travellers?
All our drivers, guides, and activity partners are licensed, insured, and personally known to our team. We monitor travel advisories and brief all clients before departure. Our team is available throughout your trip on WhatsApp for any assistance.
What languages do your guides speak?
English is standard for all guides. We can arrange guides fluent in other languages including German, French, and Mandarin — please request this when you enquire and we’ll confirm availability for your travel dates.
Can I travel solo, or do I need to join a group?
All our tours are private — you won’t be joining a group of strangers. Whether you’re travelling solo, as a couple, as a family, or as a larger group, your vehicle, guide, and itinerary are yours alone for the entire trip.
